Concerts don't just happen! They take a lot of planning and a lot of work! We asked Carol Kilroy of Kildysert Entertainment, LLC, who was the promoter for Anthony's May 3, 2003 concert, to give us a birdseye view.

According to Carol, her first step was to speak with Vincent Mitchell (above with Anthony and Patrick), Anthony's booking agent. Once a date was set and a contract signed, the real work began. She had to reserve the venue, arrange for ticket sales and distribution, for lighting and sound equipment and for police and fire department personnel. She had to plan and carry out advertising by means of posters, newspaper, radio and TV. There were hotel reservations to see about. In this type of work, just when you think you're through...ten more things that need doing appear Note: no space for the text!
You can't let the stars of the show want for food and drink and Carol made sure they didn't. She was ready with everything from coffee and tea to chocolates, fruit and a wide array of crackers and cheese.
Everything ready? Anything you need before you step on stage? Apparently not. Anthony and Patrick appear to be all set.
